Common Questions
Pool Maintenance FAQ
How much does pool maintenance cost in Houston?
Our Extra-Large plan is a flat $400 per month. Small, Medium, and Large pools are priced individually by size and equipment — we confirm your exact rate on the first call, before you commit to anything. Every plan includes weekly cleaning, chemical management, and an email report after each visit.
What's included in each maintenance visit?
Every visit includes skimming debris, brushing walls and steps, vacuuming the floor, checking and adjusting chemical levels, emptying baskets, and an equipment inspection — plus a written report emailed to you with photos and water test results.
Do you provide certified pool inspections for real estate transactions?
Yes. We provide certified written pool inspection reports, delivered within 48 hours, commonly used in Houston-area real estate transactions — realtors can request a report directly. Inspections cover equipment condition, surface integrity, safety compliance, and water chemistry.
Do you service indoor pools in Houston?
Yes — we specialize in indoor pool cleaning and system inspection, which is uncommon in the Houston market. Indoor pools require different chemical management and ventilation considerations than outdoor pools.
Do you offer seasonal pool opening service?
Yes. Seasonal pool opening includes equipment inspection, filter cleaning or replacement, chemical balancing, and a full safety check before swim season — especially important after Houston winters, which can cause freeze damage to equipment.
What happens if my equipment needs repair?
If we spot an issue during a maintenance visit, we tell you in writing — no pressure. As a full-service pool company we can handle the repair too, but it's always your call.
